From Design to Perfection
It's no secret that the world of fashion and accessories is heavily influenced by trends. Sometimes we adopt designs we see from other providers or adapt them to improve them. Especially when it comes to leather bracelets, we often receive designs from our customers that are beautiful but of poor quality. This is where our high standards and commitment to quality come into play.
Craftsmanship from tradition and passion
I, Cengiz Kitir, am constantly looking for the best materials and manufacturers. I often take these leather bracelet designs to our partners and discuss the possibility of making them with high-quality leather from the region. This takes me to different corners of the world, such as recently to Fes in Morocco or to my parents' homeland, Turkey, where leather crafts are still practiced traditionally and with a lot of dedication.
An example of this collaboration is our Manisa leather bracelet. The original design comes from a Chinese supplier, but we made it in Turkey with better leather and outstanding craftsmanship. We work almost exclusively with smaller and family-run companies. This combination of first-class materials and traditional manufacturing sets our products apart from mass-produced goods and offers our customers something special.
Sustainability and fair working conditions
We do a similar thing with our stainless steel bracelets for the Apple Watch. Here, too, we sometimes take over the design, but we ensure that the production takes place under better working conditions and the quality of the materials is significantly higher. Our goal is to create products that not only look good, but are also durable and sustainable. Here, too, we create a version suitable for the Ultra from current classics such as the Milanese bracelet for the Apple Watch with our Apple Watch Ultra Milanese bracelet in a matching 26mm width and in titanium colors. Innovation in nylon and solo loops
When it comes to nylon and braided Solo Loops, in addition to our normal or limited editions, in which we often help develop colors ourselves, we have adopted the Solo Loop to make it more compatible with the Apple Watch Ultra. What is often missing here is the width. We currently have a width of 24 mm, which will grow to up to 26.5 mm in the future. This then fits perfectly with the width of the Apple Watch Ultra. This development to make the nylon strong enough for this and the innovation for it came purely from me, my team and Meinesmartwatchwelt. We are constantly developing more colors for our Solo Loop for the Ultra 1 and 2, so that the selection will soon be as large as the regular braided bracelets.
Support local artists and traditions
Another highlight of our range is the Fez leather bracelet, which is completed in Houmet Souk on the island of Djerba. While Djerba is a vacation spot for many, we support the country and local artists through the sale of our bracelets. This is how our bracelets are made in Shërif and Rahmid's family factory.
